Any of the above surgical approaches can work for neurogenic pec minor syndrome. The clavicular approaches can each be performed at the same time as first rib resection and other procedures being performed via any clavicular approach but can also be performed as a separate isolated procedure. The transaxillary approach can be done at the same time as first rib resection and other procedures being performed via the transaxillary approach but can also be performed as a separate isolated procedure.
